  • Hold Harmless Agreement: By ordering from An Occasion Station, Inc. you agree to hold harmless An Occasion Station, Inc, and any employees associated with the company, from any of the following: Helium Inhalation, Latex Allergies, Suffering Lack of Oxygen, Slipping on Broken Balloons, Children having access to balloons before, during or after events and any incidents happening from their actions.
  • Quotes are good for 30 days from date of quote. 
  • All balloon decor design is subject to copyright laws. 
  • All balloons at event must be supplied by An Occasion Station,Inc. 
  • Outside events cannot be canceled because of weather. If previous arrangements are made relocation maybe possible. 
  • An Occasion Station is not responsible for balloons broken after initial setup. 
  • Deposit or retainer is non-refundable Payment of deposit is binding as signature to agreement of this contract. Once confirmation of event by vendor work cannot be canceled. 
  • Custom balloon decor requires a minimum of $300.00 for on site installation.
  • Acceptable Forms of Payment: Credit cards , Cash, and Checks .


We require 50% deposit or payment in full at time of placing order(s); events are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments are non-refundable, only transferrable to future orders, and will be subject to the current pricing at the date of setup. If a client is needing to reschedule the delivery/event date, or location we will make our best effort to accommodate. If cancellation is within 30 days of event, we can apply store credit to future orders. If client is cancelling or rescheduling event within 7 days from event, there will be no cancellations or credits issued and payments will be forfeited. Outside events can not be canceled due to weather.

An Occasion Station has been providing the highest quality balloon decorations to the DFW Metroplex and beyond for 30+ years. Our staff puts the utmost attention and care to all of our events.  Read more about our company on the About Us Page. 


We recommend ordering balloon decor at least two weeks in advance to allow  adequate time to build the piece and to ensure that we have the supplies necessary. We hate having to charge rush fees.  Delivery and set-up charges are based on the nature of the job. Some jobs require us to return for removal of products and retrieve rigging. This is referred to as a strike fee. Unless noted all hardware for large decor jobs remains the property of An Occasion Station and must be returned at the end of the event. Example: Poles, Bases, Lights, Mirrors, Rigging, Draping, etc..


Some people say, "My event is outdoors, balloons won't work", this is not necessarily true, we do outdoor events all the time. We use the highest quality balloons and have ways to make balloons more resilient.  This can help them last outside in Texas heat. While we can make them more resilient we cannot prevent balloons from popping entirely in outdoor conditions. We successfully supply many balloons for multi-day outdoor festivals.


Prices of Arches depends on size, style, location, rigging, and design. Arches are priced by linear feet. To calculate the linear feet of your arch, add the width and height, if one is bigger than the other, multiply that dimension by 1.5. 


We can deliver to most places within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area, but some locations do have restrictions or prohibit balloons to be delivered. Check first to ensure that we can deliver to your chosen location. We cannot be responsible for a recipient’s inability to receive deliveries and will charge the full delivery fee for such unexpected deliveries. Here are some guidelines that may help:

  • Children's hospitals only allow foil balloons.
  • Hospitals typically prefer foil balloon bouquets instead of latex balloon bouquets. We will verify what the hospital will accept prior to delivery.
  • Delivery to public high schools is generally not allowed, although some school districts and private schools will allow balloon deliveries. It is your responsibility to check if a delivery can be made.
  • Prisons cannot accept balloon bouquet deliveries.
  • Federal buildings may not be able to accept deliveries.

We mainly deliver to the DFW metroplex but have gone to neighboring states.



No, we have a variety of blowers that allow us to blow balloons precisely and quickly.


We can create any design in almost any color pallet. We even have techniques that allow us to match trending wedding colors.


The majority of the time we fill balloons with air instead of helium. Many local venues will not allow helium and we have  techniques that will allow us to give you the look of floating helium balloons without using any helium.


Most of the balloons we use are 100% natural latex meaning they are biodegradable. If Latex is a concern, we can also provide latex free decorations. 


Set up times depend on what you are ordering as well as the time your venue will allow you to set up. Most events can be set up in less than 2 hours. Our shortest set up time has been 15 minutes, longest has been 12 hours. It all depends on the event.


While there is no guarantee on how long balloons will last, they will last through your event and in most cases they will last longer than the event. Air filled designs can last from a few hours to a few weeks. Untreated helium balloons last 12-14 hours, treating helium balloons can last up to 3 times longer in normal conditions.


An Occasion Station is dedicated to serving our community in as many ways as possible. We would love to support every worthwhile cause, but due to the volume of requests we receive, it is necessary to have some guidelines in place for such requests. In most cases we do Donation/Partnerships or VIP School Discounts.

  1. Applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to event.
  2. A “Donation/Partnership Application” must accompany written requests.
  3. Donations are allocated on a “first come, first serve” basis.
  4. To better serve the entire community, An Occasion Station will only donate to an organization once in a twelve (12) month period from the date of the donation request.

Partnership Décor Discounts:

  • 10-25% off Balloon Décor purchase. No discounts are given on helium.

An Occasion Station logo and name must be displayed, company tagged in all social media posts that our work appears in, business cards and marketing ligature made available for guest and verbal partnership mentioned from podium during event.
